Hacienda Farm Services, a family-owned business, was founded by Victor Lopez, a second-generation farm labor contractor with over 25 years of expertise in Citrus, Produce, and Vineyard Management. Growing up in a family deeply involved in farm labor contracting, Victor gained extensive experience working on diverse farms, honing his skills and knowledge in the agricultural sector. In his role as the founder and CEO of Hacienda Farm Service, Victor actively participates in the day-to-day operations of farm properties, overseeing labor services, collaborating with foremen and ranch managers as required, coordinating equipment usage, and managing administrative functions.
Victor's dedication to family legacy extends to VLC Farm Labor, a sister company founded by his two children, Jose and Maritza. Together, they continue the commitment to excellence in agricultural services, ensuring a multi-generational impact on the farming industry.

Founded in 2013 by Jose and his sister Maritza, VLC Farms has deep roots in the agricultural industry. Prior to establishing VLC Farms, both Maritza and her brother were integral parts of their sister company, Hacienda Farms, which was initially founded by their father in 2007. With a wealth of experience and a family legacy in farming, VLC Farms continues the tradition of dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainable agricultural practices.
